The typical lead time for Switchable Glass is 4 weeks, and film is 3 weeks, plus transit time. If you have a deadline however do not worry – you should contact our team to discuss this to see what can be done to hit your date as we can offer express services to prioritise, and work overtime to ensure it’s delivered on time.

The maximum size in one piece is approx 1.8m x 4m, however we can join the PDLC technology with a slight seam to cover larger areas with minimal disruption. If your sizes are over the maximum please contact our team to find out the options available.

We have our own wood crating department, for every order we bespoke manufacture a robust crate which is then lined with quality packaging material so your custom produced products for your project can be packaged securely during transit and arrived to you in perfect condition.

No, you can order as little or as much as you require, however please note that extremely small sizes may not be possible.

The warranty period is 2 years for our Switchable Film and Glass generally. Some variants may only be covered for 1 year, such as UV damage and installation of sealed units in a timber frame.
